Please read carefully. By securing your booking you accept these T&Cs.​

For weekends weddings within June and September a minimum spend of £430 is required. If you only need one service, e.g. hair and/or makeup, the minimum spend will apply. The trial and travel cost is not included.

Bookings / Payments:
​
If I am available on your wedding date and you decided to book my service, a non-refundable booking fee of £100 is required to secure your wedding date. An invoice will be sent to you with the booking and bank details. This fee will be deducted from your final balance.
Please note your wedding date is not secured until your booking fee has been paid and the requested date will be open to other enquiries.
The remaining balance is required one week before your wedding date. Failure to make full payment will result in termination of the appointment, unless we have an agreement.

Depending of timing and the number of services, I may need a professional Hair/Makeup Artist with similar style as me to assist me. If is the case, an additional £100 (per artist) will be charged, this will be add it to your final invoice.

If you need me to stay during or after the ceremony, for restyle and touch-ups extra fees will apply, please enquire.

Travel costs:

I am based in Enfield, North London. I am happy to travel around London but please be aware that travel expenses may be apply for trials and wedding day. Please enquire with full details, this will be added to your final invoice.
- First 10 miles from Enfield are free.
- Travel costs will depends of the distance I have to travel from North London and way of transport to be use, e.g. underground, rail service, cab, etc.
- If I have to start before 7:30 am travel cost of £60 will apply.
Preview:

Previews are offered only after the booking fee has been made.
​
The price of the preview is non-refundable and the amount is to be fully pay the day before your appointment by bank transfer. You will receive a separate invoice with full details. In case of a second preview is needed, this will be charged as a separate preview and the same payment conditions apply.

The appointment will be at your place and mostly between Monday-Friday during the daytime. Weekends are usually the busiest days for weddings, but if is necessary and if I have availability, we can arrange a weekend preview. The appointment will last up to 3 hours for hair & makeup and up to 2 hours for hair or makeup.
In case the appointment take longer that expected or discussed, an extra fee of £40 per hour will apply.
Cancellations / Changes in your booking:

If you decide not to use my services on your wedding day, the deposit will be retained as it is non-refundable.

Cancelling any service within one month of wedding date, the remaining balance will be required and any deposit paid will be retained.
​
The remaining balance in your invoice will still apply, in case the number of services for the wedding day decrease from the original plans.
​
Bookings changed to a different year may be subject to a price increase.
​
In the unfortunate event that I am unable to perform the service on your wedding day due to illness or for last minute unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to find you an alternative professional to cover me. In the case I cannot provide a replacement the money will be fully refunded, excluding the amount already paid for work carried out.

Safety:
Please inform me of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products. This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions.

My hair and makeup kit is completely clean and sanitised prior to the service. I will wear a mask when conducting any service with close contact, if is necessary (Covid safety)
Photos / Social Media:
I may use any photography for publicity purposes only, which include, but are not limited to, my website and social media pages, unless you notified me in writing not to do so. ​
